This compliance window opens on the calendar date the carrier tracking system marks the package as "Delivered" at the customer's shipping address. Requests submitted after this thirty-day window has closed cannot be authorized for financial reimbursement or item replacement.
5.3 Strict Product Eligibility and Resalable State Specifications
To qualify for a full financial return, items must be returned in a condition that allows for restocking. The item must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and completely free of cosmetic marks, fabric stretching, or personal scents. It must be returned in its original retail packaging, along with all protective sleeves, hangtags, informational inserts, and complimentary accessories that were included in the original shipment.

- Return Shipping Costs: $0.00 (100% FREE RETURNS). AEROE provides pre-paid shipping labels for all domestic return requests within the United States.
- Restocking Fees: $0.00 (ZERO FEES). We do not apply processing charges, warehouse handling fees, or box-reopening surcharges to authorized returns.
5.6 Financial Refund Processing Timelines
Once your return parcel is delivered to our central intake and inspection facility, our quality control team will evaluate the items within two (2) business days to confirm they meet the standard eligibility criteria. Upon validation, an automated approval notice will be issued to your email address, and the financial refund transaction will be executed immediately.
AEROE guarantees that all approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within a maximum window of ten (10) business days from warehouse intake. Please note that banking institutions and credit card issuers may require an additional three to five (3–5) business days to finalize processing and reflect the credit balance on your monthly financial statement. AEROE has no operational control over third-party banking transaction settlement periods.
5.7 Defective, Broken, or Incorrect Dispatches
If an item arrives damaged, mechanically non-operational, or mismatched due to a sorting error, please notify our team at support@aeroe.shop within forty-eight (48) hours of receipt. For defective or damaged claims, customers are not required to pay return shipping fees.
