Payment Policy
3.1 Monetary Settlement Standard and Universal Checkout Currency
All financial transactions, dynamic price displays, product catalog valuations, promotional adjustments, and final shopping cart settlements executed across AEROE are processed exclusively in United States Dollars ($ / USD). Consumers utilizing electronic payment mechanisms issued outside the United States must note that their native financial provider may apply automatic exchange conversions. AEROE does not control, profit from, or hold liability for alternative currency conversion spreads, cross-border transaction fees, or localized banking processing premiums applied by the consumer's card-issuing institution.
3.2 Comprehensive Gateway Matrix and Authorized Payment Instruments
Our payment network utilizes the Shopify Payments secure ecosystem to handle settlements. The following standardized payment methods are authorized for secure checkouts:
- Major Credit and Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, JCB.
- Mobile Wallet Integrations: Apple Pay and Google Pay (available automatically in supported native device browser environments).
- Express Gateways: Shop Pay and secure credit card transactional nodes.
We do not support cash on delivery (COD), layaway plans, physical checks, bank wire transfers, or unverified peer-to-peer payment applications.
3.3 Transaction Security Framework and Data Anonymization (PCI-DSS Compliance)
To ensure unparalleled transactional protection, our checkout framework operates with 256-bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) transmission protocols. All active card numbers are automatically tokenized and handled natively by Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) Level 1 certified processing engines. AEROE never records, retains, archives, or gains structural access to raw credit card primary account numbers (PAN), CVV security codes, or card expiration tokens.
3.4 Fraud Prevention, Risk Analysis, and Anti-Chargeback Disclosures
Every transaction undergoes an integrated, multi-layered computerized fraud analysis. If a transaction yields a high risk marker due to mismatched billing/shipping zip codes, suspicious Geolocation IP routing, or card proxy alerts, AEROE reserves the unconditional right to suspend fulfillment, cancel the transaction, and release the funds back to the cardholder. Any attempt to engage in chargeback fraud or "friendly fraud" (falsely claiming non-delivery despite active tracking confirmation) will result in the immediate blacklisting of the customer identity and the submission of all transactional logs to national retail fraud prevention databases.
